Cooked Little Pillows of Goodness

I just made a batch of Ricotta Gnocchi. I posted about these a few months ago and now have pictures of these cooked little pillows of goodness to share.



There are several ways to prepare these: in tomato sauce or brown butter. I did the latter. Not as healthy as it can be, but they are such nice little treats!!! Just brown some butter, toss in gnocchi that's been boiled (they float to the top when they're ready from boiling), and top with grated parmesan if you want. The results? Crispy on the outside, soft and light on the inside. Yum!
